Every pipeline stage, what it does, how long it runs, and what triggers it — all in one place.

Stages from first contact through pre-approval. Most of these trigger automatically based on what happens in ARIVE — you don't have to move them manually.

Purpose
A holding pattern for borrowers who are not fully pre-approved yet, but should no longer receive App Completed nudges or borrower-facing updates.

Purpose
Two-year runway for borrowers who aren't ready now. Keeps you top of mind without burning the relationship.

Purpose
A 3-attempt review request sequence with a built-in window for you to pull a borrower before each send.

Purpose
Ensures every borrower receives their payment letter after closing — attached directly if uploaded, or via a fallback template if not.

Safe Sync Stage
Purpose
A safe stage to sync old or incomplete loans without triggering any automation. Opportunity is marked Won — no notifications sent.
Trigger
Manual or ARIVE stage update
Automation
Nothing fires. No borrower or agent notifications are sent. No post-close workflows are triggered.
Use case: Any loan that was funded but never properly staged in ARIVE can be moved here to sync cleanly — without re-firing funded milestones or post-close sequences.

Contact vs. Opportunity

Contact Record: Dynamic. Always reflects the most recent loan synced from ARIVE. Think of it as the borrower's current snapshot.

Opportunity Record: Permanent. Each loan is its own opportunity, keeping loan-specific details even after closing.

Follow these guidelines to keep records accurate and prevent unintended workflow triggers.

Do not use personal info as placeholder data

Konnectd matches contacts by email and phone. Using your own information can overwrite your contact record, enroll you into borrower workflows, and create duplicate or corrupted data.

Complete the borrower details before changing stages

Stage changes sync the data that exists at that moment. Enter the correct borrower details first, then move the current stage in ARIVE. Avoid backtracking or updating multiple stages rapidly.

Use “Takeover Client App” for phone applications

This properly triggers the App Completed stage when an application is completed by phone. Do not manually move stages to simulate application completion.

Konnectd syncs to the most recent stage only

If you missed a stage, move directly to the correct current stage. Konnectd will handle the latest stage instead of replaying every prior stage.
